Toddlerhood is a very amazing stage of child development but it can sometimes feel like your child doesn't want to respond to your lead.
This workshop will assist you in gaining an understanding of your toddler's behaviors and provide strategies for effectively supporting them.
We will examine the changes your child is undergoing and discuss ways to prepare your home and yourself to meet their needs
What you’ll learn
Session 1
The Toddler - Understanding the toddler's natural path of development and learning about their unique characteristics. Which will help you gain a deep understanding of your child. I will also offer you some tools for easy communication -
The Activities - Now the activities. We will look at everything you need to know about activities to support your child's interests. What makes an activity Montessori -inspired. What, how, and when you should be giving activities.
This will all link back to the child's development and give you a clear understanding so you can continue on your own.
session 2
The Adult - So much of what we do in Montessori is led and guided by the adult. We will examine the most important crucial aspects of the adult role. How you can best help your child through this development stage.
The Home - Learn how to set up your home to foster your child's independence and curiosity - Examining each area of the home and making a few changes to support will your child's development.
session 3
Toileting- Eating - Sleeping- 3 topics that can be challenging to navigate. learn the Montessori way to approach these topics. This session will be packed with tips and tools to help you.

Information
How does an online workshop work?
An online workshop is a collaborative discussion where you and your participants will dive into a specific topic in detail.
These workshops are typically far more interactive than traditional online meetings. They use group discussions (sometimes split into small groups or breakout sessions), demonstrations, and other activities to educate and engage participants.
What should I prepare?
Prepare any questions you may have, that way if we have not covered them in the workshop, you will have time thought out to ask them. Please prepare your time to focus on the workshop. There will be a lot of information given. If you have attended the workshop, you will be sent the recording to watch over in your own time. This recording will be available for 1 month after the workshop.
How much does this workshop cost?
This workshop cost €60.
The workshop runs every other month. To see the next available date look at the date section on the signup form.
There will be a maximum of 10 participants per workshop. This is a good number for group interaction and gives time to answer all your question.

Hello! I’m Joanne Kaya, and I have a passion about helping people learn the unique and natural development of children. Did you know that children love to learn, be independent, and interact with the world around. To support our children we first need to understand their nature development.
I am an experienced advocate and guide for supporting early childhood development and hold an AMI (Association Montessori International) internationally recognised 3-6 and 6-12 years teacher qualification and have been working in the Montessori field for nearly 20 years around the world with children from 0-12 years old.
During my working life, the part that excited me the most, was helping people on their unique and personal Montessori journey. That is why I set up Montessori Together.
